The CIC Office will be closed today, 13 January 2020, to ensure the safety of employees and clients in view of the volcanic ash emission of Taal Volcano, with alert status on level 4 (hazardous eruption imminent). This is also pursuant to the suspension of government work as announced by Malacañang.

Regular operations (credit report appointments and other transactions) will resume on 14 January 2020, subject to any further announcements/declarations from the Office of the President of the Philippines.
